Your responsibilities

Als Controller (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Koordination & Analyse des Monatsabschluss inkl. Ansprechpartner für die Schnittstellenfunktionen der Shareholder.
  • Umsetzung der Kalkulationsgrundsätze in der TKMS ATLAS GmbH.
  • Planungs- und Prognosetätigkeiten für zugeordneter Verantwortungsbereiche.
  • Analysen für BAB, GuV, PrCtr und Bilanz.
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Berichten im zugeordneten Aufgabengebiet.
  • Bereitstellung periodischer Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche mit Erläuterungen zur Vermeidung bzw. Behebung von Abweichungen zu den Budgets sowie Koordination von Maßnahmen.
  • Bearbeitung vielschichtiger betriebswirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen sowie Lösungsfindung und/oder Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Gegensteuerung.
  • Erstellung und Beurteilung von kritischen und umfangreicher Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Rentabilitätsberechnungen von Investitionen.
  • Bearbeitung von komplexen Sonderaufgaben und Behandlung von Grundsatzfragen.
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer.

Your profile

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Controlling und/oder Rechnungswesen in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen mit Projektgeschäft.
  • Herausragende und gefestigte Kenntnisse in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung (BAB, GuV und/oder Bilanz) sowie Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach IFRS und HGB.
  • Fundierte SAP Kenntnisse und sehr guter Umgang mit IT- und Office-Anwendungen insbesondere Excel.
  • Denken in digitalen Lösungskonzeptionen.
  • Eigenständige, ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Interesse an gelegentlichen regionalen Dienstreisen.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
