Your responsibilities
1. Responsible for the application of continuous improvement in the organization (processes, products, facilities and human resources).2. Implement the necessary measures to achieve excellence and optimization of processes, systems and practices.3. Seeks the digitization of functions to make tasks more efficient and effective.4. Responsible for monitoring the degree of performance of continuous improvement objectives.5. Coordinate the setting of improvement objectives, disseminating the information to the different departments of the company and involving workers.6. Coordinate with different areas of the business and Process Owners to plan continuous process updates, considering regulatory changes, internal feedback, customer experience, quality or risk incidents and own analysis. Also handles urgent changes as needed.7. Ensure processes have KPI's that can measure compliance and efficiency, as well as controls to mitigate risks.8. Manage reports that reflect compliance with the continuous improvement processes and lead the update plan, according to the priorities and changes of the business.9. Coach, lead and evaluate the maturity of the implementation of LEAN practices and tools.10. Generate implementation status reports: plan compliance, quality of implementation, impact on key indicators, etc.11. Identify and analyze systemic gaps in implementation proposing simple and effective solutions.12. Lead and/or guide projects and initiatives, defining overall analysis approach, project summary and deliverables, main workflows and activity schedules.

Education: Engineering/Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 5-7 years in similar positionLanguages: English/Fluent4. Computer programs: a) SAP b) MS Office Knowledge: Production systems, LEAN tools, internal logistics,Skills: Negotiation, teamwork, analytical, organized.
