Your responsibilities

  • Du befasst dich mit Themen, die die industrielle Transformation von thyssenkrupp prägen und erlebst die Ergebnisse deiner Arbeit hautnah.
  • Du stellst dich gemeinsam mit deinem Projektteam unternehmerischen Herausforderungen und entwickelst Beratungsansätzen und Strategien, welche zukunftsweisend für thyssenkrupp sind.
  • Du begleitest Projekte in allen thyssenkrupp Geschäften von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und baust damit ein breites Wissen über die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche auf - einschließlich dem Aufbau eines wertvollen Netzwerks ab Tag 1.
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig Projektmodule, bist für die Projektkommunikation verantwortlich und erstellst Präsentationen für das Top-Management.
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, dich über deine Projektarbeit hinaus zu engagieren, z.B. im Bereich Wissensmanagement und/oder unserer Teamkultur.

Your profile

  • Du hast deinen Master in Wirtschafts-, Naturwissenschaften oder im Ingenieurwesen sehr gut abgeschlossen und hast insbesondere in mathematisch geprägten Fachbereichen dein Können unter Beweis gestellt.
  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Unternehmensberatung und/oder der Strategieabteilung eines Großkonzerns mit und begeisterst dich für industrielle Themen.
  • Du findest kreative Lösungswege, bist zahlenaffin und verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten, eine hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Belastbarkeit.
  • Du besitzt ein professionelles Auftreten, Teamgeist und bist bereit zu unseren Kundenstandorten zu reisen.
  • Du beherrschst MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sicher.
  • Du bringst Auslandserfahrung, sowie C1-Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch mit.

Step 1

Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

The offer
