Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for translating the corporate strategy into internal messages, documents, and formats
  • Creation of engaging texts, interviews, articles, and social media posts
  • Hands-on involvement in video production, including independently shooting and editing short videos
  • Active participation in internal events, with a visible and front-line presence
  • Strong focus on making people and their work visible
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple language and turn fact-based content into compelling stories
  • Close connection to the pulse of the organization, with ongoing development of messaging and internal communication channels
  • Contribution to communication planning
  • Consulting for departments and leadership on communication-related topics
  • Active role in agenda setting and agenda surfing for business-relevant trends and topics
  • Flexibility to take on cross-functional tasks within the communications team as needed

Your profile

  • Completed journalistic training or a university degree with a focus on media, journalism, German studies, or a comparable field
  • Relevant professional experience in journalism, online editorial work, PR agencies, or corporate communications
  • Confident handling of various stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contact
  • A passion for writing, a creative mindset, strong communication skills, a confident appearance, and a natural talent for storytelling even financial topics don’t throw you off
  • Knowledge of trends and developments in the communications industry
  • A team-oriented mindset combined with initiative, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently
  • Curiosity, a good sense of humor, and a hands-on approach to daily challenges
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
  • A preference for variety and a strong motivation to work in a dynamic environment that values and rewards flexibility

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.
