Your responsibilities

Actividades clave:

  • Procesar las quejas de calidad notificadas por cliente, incluida su documentación.
  • Iniciar y coordinar la evaluación de quejas de calidad hasta su cierre.
  • Analizar y evaluar los resultados, investigar la causa raíz de las quejas y presentar las soluciones y liderar proactivamente al resto de equipos involucrados.
  • Lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente a través de la comunicación oportuna y el uso correcto de las herramientas de trabajo tales como herramientas de calidad y herramientas informáticas.
  • Monitoreo a los portales de cliente para asegurar seguimiento a los KPIs de cliente.
  • Monitoreo , control y aseguramiento dentro de objetivo para los cargos generamos por reclamos 0Km , Garantías por cliente ( rework / warranty).
  • Coordinar junto con sistemas de gestión de calidad, las auditorias de cliente. (MSA, Process requalification, MPA).
  • Participar en planeación avanzada de proyectos asegurando los requisitos de cliente aplicables.
  • Asegurar revisión, notificación y posterior implementación según aplique de cambios en portales de cliente a planta al menos 1 vez por semana.

    • Your profile

    • Estudios: Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o similar
    • Experiencia: 2 años en posición similar Automotriz
    • Conocimientos:
      • Componentes mecatrónicos y electrónicos,
      • Procesos de ensamblaje de manufactura
      • Portales de cliente de preferencia OEM (BMW,FORD, STELLANTIS, Mercedes Benz, GM, Tesla)
      • IATF y Core tools
      • Requerimientos específicos de Cliente
      • Análisis de problemas (8D, A3)
      • Herramientas de calidad (Ishikawa, 5 whys, 7 diamantes, Pareto etc..)
      • GD&T intermedio
      • Conocimiento en durabilidad/pruebas funcionales
    • Programas de cómputo:
      • SAP
      • Office
      • QS-Stat (Minitab)
    • Idioma: Inglés conversacional B2
    • Habilidades
      • Comunicación efectiva
      • Trabajo en equipo
      • Organización y seguimiento
      • Trabajo sobre objetivos / sentido de urgencia

    From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
