Your responsibilities

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den sicheren, effizienten und nachhaltigen Betrieb des Technikums Carbon2Chem in Duisburg
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams von ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden
  • Steuerung und Optimierung aller Betriebsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz
  • Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung des Budgets für Personal, Investitionen und Instandhaltung
  • Förderung von Innovationen und Digitalisierung im Anlagenbetrieb sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Betriebsabläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern, Behörden, Projektbeteiligten und Forschungspartnern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Standards und Richtlinien
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Schicht- und Urlaubsplänen, Personalentwicklung und Qualifikationsmaßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Audits sowie Mitwirkung bei Genehmigungsanträgen und Änderungsanzeigen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Betrieb verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Prozessoptimierung, Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätsmanagement und Umweltschutz
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und externen Partnern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Innovationsfreude und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten

Im Technikum, das durch die thyssenkrupp Uhde Engineering Services GmbH betrieben wird, geschieht der Sprung von der Grundlagenforschung in den industriell-technischen Maßstab unter Praxisbedingungen. Mit direktem Zugang zum Hütten-Gasnetz des thyssenkrupp-Stahlwerks in Duisburg werden auf ca. 2.600 qm Demonstrationsanlagen für Gasreinigung und für Wasserelektrolyse geschaffen. Des weiteren sind in den kommenden Jahren weitere Ergänzungen geplant.
