Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit entwickelst du ein zukunftsorientiertes Servicekonzept für unsere Produkte im Bereich See- und Unterwassertechnologie.
Du wirst dich mit den Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung und neuen Technologien auseinandersetzen, sowie auf Basis der aktuellen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse eine Grundlage für innovative Ansätze zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit erarbeiten.

Your profile

Du bist aktuell eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften im Bachelorstudium.
Du hast Interesse an Marinetechnik, innovativen Technologien und Dienstleistungen.
Du verfügst über analytische Denkfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz.
Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, die du zur Erstellung von Dokumenten und ggf. deiner Thesis gekonnt einsetzen kannst.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The best thing to do is to contact your local recruiting expert directly.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
