Your responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Rolle als Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Vertriebsplanung, den operativen Verkauf und die Produktentwicklung für das Verkaufsgebiet rund um den Standort Weingarten
  • Sie betreuen unsere Kunden von der Auftragskalkulation bis hin zur Bestellung
  • Sie verantworten den Ausbau des vorhandenen Kundenstamm, um die Kunden langfristig ans Unternehmen zu binden
  • Sie planen Ihre Touren eigenständig nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Aspekten und führen die technische Beratung vor Ort durch sowie die Verhandlung Ihrer Produkte mit dem Kunden
  • Sie unterstützen den Innendienst und bearbeiten Reklamationen (im Sinne von Besichtigungen, etc.)
  • Sie überzeugen mit unserem Produktportfolio, unseren Services und nicht zuletzt durch Ihre Persönlichkeit vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Die Gewinnung von Neukunden und die Ausschöpfung von Potenzialen der Ihnen zugeordneten Bestandskunden liegt in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sie pflegen zuverlässig Daten in unserem CRM System

Your profile

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und konnten bereits Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihr sicheres Auftreten und Ihre selbstständige Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Sicherheit in Vertragsabschlüssen
  • Sie sind flexibel und teamorientiert
  • Eine ganzheitliche, unternehmerische Denkweise sowie eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
  • Vertriebsaffinität und eine hohe Kundenorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Sie haben jederzeit Freude an Dienstreisen und sind im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins der Klasse B

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
