Audits bei schwerwiegenden Qualitätsproblemen
Berichtserstattung und Überwachung der Korrekturmaßnahmen
Nachauditierung zur Sicherstellung der Behebung festgestellter Schwachstellen

Standardisierung von Prozessen

Entwicklung von Konzepten basierend auf Auditergebnissen und Erfahrungen
Einführung und Umsetzung der standardisierten Prozesse an allen betroffenen Standorten
Regelmäßige Überwachung der Umsetzung durch Audits

Your profile

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen, Qualitätsmanagement, Maschinenbau oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
zertifizierter VDA 6.3 Auditor (first and second party)
mehrjährige Ausbildung und Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagement, vertiefte Kenntnisse über ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 (Auditorenausbildung - first and second party von Vorteil)
Erfahrung in der Anwendung von QM-Werkzeugen (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA Bände etc.)
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
Hohes Mass an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer/mehrerer Fremdsprachen (Englisch verpflichtend, andere Sprachen erwünscht)
EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP)

Die Geschäftseinheit thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components ist einer der führenden Automobilzulieferer und Entwicklungspartner für hochkomplexe Antriebstechnologien. From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The offer
