Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Integrated Logistik Support (ILS).
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personaleinsatzplanung und die Ressourcenplanung der Abteilung unter Berücksichtigung der Bedarfe aus Projekten und Vertriebskampagnen.
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Aus- und Weiterbildung und der Entwicklung des Personals der Teams LSA/Materialmanagement, Dokumentation und Training.
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der ILS Prozesse, sowie deren Weiterentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen (insbesondere System Engineering).

Your profile

Sie haben ein technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Sie verfügen über nachweisbare Leadership Qualitäten und können mehrjährige Erfahrung in der aktiven Führung von Personal aufweisen.
Sie haben Erfahrung im Life Cycle Management von militärischen Systemen. Eine militärische Laufbahn im Bereich Logistik oder Instandsetzung bei der Bundeswehr ist vorteilhaft.
Sie verfügen über Erfahrung mit militärischen nationalen und internationalen Systementwicklungsprojekten und Kenntnis der Prozesse öffentlicher Auftraggeber (z. B. Customer Product Management).
Solide Kenntnisse der logistischen Teilprozesse und der logistischen Produkte im militärischen Gesamtsystem sind wünschenswert
Sie haben Grundkenntnisse von System Engineering Prozessen im Rahmen der Systementwicklung.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
