Your responsibilities

  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung der Gesamtstrategie von Materials Services in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand und der Geschäftsleitung
  • Unterstützung sowie eigenverantwortliche Leitung strategischer Schlüsselprojekte und Initiativen zur Förderung des Unternehmenswachstums
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Schärfung unserer Equity Story
  • Erstellung und inhaltliche Ausgestaltung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Vorstand von Materials Services
  • Vorbereitung inklusive der Erstellung von Präsentationen für Sitzungen des Aufsichtsrates von Materials Services sowie von Ausschüssen/Gremien

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Strategie, Management oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Strategieberatung
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Leiten komplexer Projekte und mit multiplen Stakeholdern
  • Fundiertes Verständnis und umfassende praktische Erfahrung von strategischen Konzepten, Tools und Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Belastbar, Hands-on Mentalität
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Führungskräften und Stakeholdern auf Vorstandsebene
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.
