Your responsibilities

Als Account Manager (m/w/d) für die Region West übernehmen Sie die aktive Betreuung und den strategischen Ausbau unserer Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich NE-Metalle

Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:

  • Betreuung und Ausbau von Bestandskunden sowie gezielte Neukundenakquise
  • Beratung zu unseren maßgeschneiderten Leistungen rund um Zuschnitt, Bearbeitung, Lagerung und Lieferung von Rohrprodukten
  • Entwicklung spezifischer Angebote, Verhandlung von Preisen und Vertragsbedingungen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Order Management und der Logistik sowie zentralen Schnittstellen
  • Mitwirken in Preisgremien und Mitentwicklung von Preisstrategien sowie Unterstützung der Umsetzung spartenspezifische Marketingaktivitäten
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Fachveranstaltungen und bei Kundenterminen vor Ort

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen o.Ä.
  • Hohe Fachexpertise und Produktkenntnisse in den Werkstoffgruppen Aluminium, Messing und Kupfer
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Endkundenvertrieb an Großkunden im Maschinen- und Fahrzeugbau sowie Bauindustrie
  • Sicheres Auftreten und starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten bei Bestandskunden und in der Neukundenakquise
  • Reisebereitschaft im Raum Westdeutschland
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau B2)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen CRM-Systemen, digitalen Tools und idealerweise mit SAP
