• Continuously assess, interpret, and implement governmental and customer sustainability requirements across the supply chain (e.g., German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act LkSG, CBAM, EUDR).
• Serve as key user for the supplier riskmonitoring tool (Prewave) and coordinate training and support for international key users.
• Oversee and maintain the Supply Chain Act (SCA) tool and initiate riskmitigation measures (e.g., LkSG checklists, sustainability questionnaires, supplier audits, and corrective action follow-up).
• Drive the co-development of the global sustainability management system and shape the sustainability strategy within procurement.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve procurement processes related to sustainability, including training of internal stakeholders.
• Develop, communicate, and execute a global ESG procurement strategyparticularly focusing on Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) in Scope 3, including hotspot analyses and reporting.
• Define and monitor PCF reduction pathways with suppliers and track procurement-related sustainability KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver sustainability training sessions for suppliers.
• Provide expert support to the procurement organization on all sustainability-related topics.

• Successfully completed degree in sustainability management, economics, business administration, or comparable field
• Several years of experience in sustainability management with a focus on procurement and suppliers, alternatively worked in sustainability consulting with focus on procurement
• Very advanced English, German would be a benefit
• Good communication skliss and solution-orientated
