Aufgaben
1. Follow up on supplier complaints and failures; evaluation, follow-up and closure of 8d's received, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions.2. Support production in failure analysis when required.3. Control and disposition of blocked materials in any area of the plant derived from failures of materials supplied by suppliers.4. Follow up on activities to keep the blocked materials indicator on target.5. Analyze the information of deviations in the products to channel the problems to those responsible for a solution.6. Management in negotiations with suppliers for the closure of claims for quality problems arising from components as well as recovery of non-quality costs.7. Management of annual requalification of supplier components.8. Elaboration and updating of inspection receipt plans.
Profil
Studies: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related.Experience: Quality engineering, manufacturing and supplier management.Languages: English, Fluid: speak, write, read, can negotiate Knowledge Core tools, automotive quality management systems requirements (IATF, VDA), lean manufacturing, 8D's.
