Aufgaben
- Active selling of your innovative, sustainable products (e.g. green/blue ammonia / methanol) to new markets (renewable energy, oil & gas) and fertilizers/polymers to our established markets.
- Heading bid preparation for bids ranging from engineering services, licensing & PDPs up to full EP or EPC.
- Evaluating international invitations to bid and developing bid strategies.
- Coordinating the preparation of technical and commercial bids in consultation with the relevant technical and central divisions as well as the ensuing negotiations with the customers.
- Establishing and maintaining personal relationships on division and management levels at customer organizations.
- Working and coordinating within the global thyssenkrupp business development, sales and execution team.
Profil
- University degree (Graduate Engineer / Master’s) in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering (specializing in process engineering) or industrial engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in chemical plant engineering or a comparable environment, at least 5 years experience in business development and / or sales.
- Experience in the field of PtX including ammonia and fertilizer technologies.
- Excellent oral and written command of English, knowledge of a second foreign language would be an asset.
- An outgoing personality, good negotiating skills and a passion for working with people from other cultures in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel on an international basis, even at short notice, due to the international nature of our business.
