Aufgaben
- Lead, manage and execute the RFI/RFQ Phase of internal customer projects in cooperation with the relevant departments (Calculation, Controlling, Logistics,…) and the Key Account Manager (KAM)
- Prepare and track pricing for prototypes, Mass production and spare parts (Sales Reports, valid Pricing), and communicate the information to the plants/planning and BU BM
- Review and validate cost calculations (Cost Breakdown, Cost Walk) and align them with the KAM
- Monitor invoicing related to development and tooling cost according offer
- Collect information’s from BU BM Kick Off and share that with the PD relevant persons
- Issue CRM Workflow Request’s to internal departments for the offer process
- Create presentations about the product and the commercial offer
- Update all order-related data on CRM and get proper for audit documentation
- Maintain active communication with the Mass-production planning team at the manufacturing plant
- Support competitor activities, market analyses and support product strategy initiatives if requested from Head of Sales
- Track and follow up on the accounts receivable (debtor) list by request
- Support the development team, especially the Project Manager, during the execution of projects
- Support the Account Manager, if required, in preparing external I-Shaft customer offers
Profil
- Commercial or technical education (university degree) or an equivalent qualification
- Very good computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, MS Office, SAP, CRM and related applications
- Strong communication skills, with an independent, proactive, and customer-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication in English. German is nice to have; additional foreign language skills are welcome
- Good technical understanding and affinity for technical products and processes
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Willingness to travel within Europe, with occasional international travel as required (maximum twice per year)
