Aufgaben
- Responsible for the safety of personnel, and for the immediate repair of any unsafe condition in the equipment in his charge, stopping the process if necessary. Ensure the immediate report to the OSH area of each Near Miss that is observed.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the personnel in charge with the vision to optimize resources and meet the objectives of the assigned area.
- Comply with the standards and procedures established by the company, applied to quality, productivity, 6S's, SMED, continuous improvement, environment and industrial safety and Scrap reduction among others.
- Have knowledge of the 14 chapters of the TKPS along with the way to carry and maintain them in the areas under his charge.
- Optimize resources to improve the capacity utilization of production lines always focused on Continuous Improvement.
- Observe improvements that represent savings in productivity such as shorter cycle times, more pcs per hour, less waste, optimization in the use of supplies, consumables and optimization of cleaning and packaging materials.
- Meet your area's leading indicators: SSQDC, and together with your Launch support team develop action plans through to the achievement of objectives and continuous improvement using problem solving tools such as PDCA, 5W and 8D.
- Evaluate and develop production teams based on the ILUO system and ensure that information is updated in the Cross Training database.
- Ensure that the personnel under his/her responsibility respect the company's policies, and apply disciplinary measures if necessary with the support of the Human Resources area.
- Ensure the correct reporting of production in the system (MES).
- Perform and attend the Quality Audits (LPA's) and Gemba Walk Tours that are performed in the areas in charge and follow up on the closure of the findings.
- Correct handling, transfer and storage of Hazardous Chemicals.
- Coordination, support, cooperation and alignment with involved departments in order to ensure a successful production start-up.

Profil
- Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Management of work teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of blueprint interpretation.
- Knowledge of Geometric Tolerances.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA.
- Handling of measuring equipment.
- Troubleshooting tools.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in painting, machining, welding, assembly processes.
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- 3 years of experience in similar position.
