Aufgaben
Master Data Maintenance & Quality Assurance
- Create, update and maintain purchase info records, source lists and scheduling agreements.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing conditions, validity dates, supplier details and procurement fields.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and coordinate correction activities.
- Ensure alignment with procurement policies, naming conventions and global standards.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Support implementation of procurement master-data governance rules.
- Ensure traceable, audit-ready documentation for all master-data changes.
- Apply global standards across all BUs to ensure harmonized data structures.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and segregation-of-duty requirements.
Workflow & Process Support
- Validate and process requests for supplier and pricing master-data changes.
- Support digital workflows for master-data updates and approvals.
- Coordinate with SAP Excellence and MDM Excellence on system changes and enhancements.
- Support integration of master data into analytics and KPI reporting systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with buyers, commodity managers and BU purchasing teams to resolve data issues.
- Act as point of contact for master-data-related operational questions.
- Support new plant or BU onboarding regarding master-data requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues in info records and scheduling agreements and propose process fixes.
- Contribute to standardization of master-data processes across all systems (S/4, R21 etc.).
- Support automation and digitalization of master-data workflows.
- Maintain user documentation and contribute to training materials.
Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Data Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, or procurement data management with global exposure
- Strong expertise in SAP/MM as well as SAP data models
- Knowledge of MDM/MDG and BI reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
