Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate Plant IT and EE-related projects across plants and business units
- Manage project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget, quality, and resource targets
- Prepare and maintain project plans, technical documentation, status reports, and presentations
- Coordinate EE-related IT activities between sites, IT/OT teams, and external service providers
- Support EE site readiness, including engineering environments, tooling availability, and rollout activities
- Translate EE business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate testing, validation, and go-live activities for EE infrastructure solutions
- Support IT audit preparation by sharing best practices and coordinating required resources
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and support functions
- Support operational transition, business continuity activities, and issue resolution during system changes
- Monitor project risks, quality, and progress, and provide regular management reporting
Profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in IT project management and successful project delivery
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, development, or related technical environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex systems and processes
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have:
- Experience coordinating infrastructure or EE-related IT deliveries
- Familiarity with cross-team system integration and rollout activities
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
- Experience managing technical dependencies across multiple teams
