Aufgaben
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance across the organization
- Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement programs using industry-standard methodologies
- Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver improvement projects on time and within scope
- Train and coach teams on best practices, problem-solving tools, and process improvement techniques
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Present findings, progress reports, and recommendations to senior management
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline throughout the organization
- Oversee change-management activities to ensure smooth implementation of new processes or systems
Profil
- University or Collage degree
- Experience in operational excellence and lean management
- Experience in Change Management
- 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Fluent English is a must, German is an advantage
- Knowledge of automotive standards
