Aufgaben
- Lead international Payroll and Time & Attendance harmonization projects across countries and regions, ensuring alignment with the global target operating model.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, stakeholder management, planning, risk management, implementation, and change activities.
- Drive upcoming transformation initiatives in Mexico, France, and China, supporting the migration and harmonization of payroll and time management processes and systems.
- Define business requirements based on internal customer needs and translate them into scalable product and process solutions.
- Collaborate closely with regional P&C Operations teams, P&C Digital Solutions, IT, Finance, and external service providers to ensure successful implementations and sustainable operations.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams during transformation and deployment activities.
- Identify process inefficiencies, standardization opportunities, and improvement measures that enhance quality, compliance, and user experience.
- Support the development and execution of the global Payroll & Time product roadmap and contribute to long-term digitalization initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, and benefits realization to ensure successful outcomes and continuous value creation.
Profil
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, HR Transformation, or related areas within an international environment.
- Proven track record in leading complex international projects, preferably involving payroll, time management, HR systems, or process harmonization.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional and multicultural project teams.
- Solid understanding of Payroll and Time & Attendance processes; country-specific payroll knowledge (e.g., Mexico, France, China) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on process optimization and business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across regions and functions.
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Intercultural competence and willingness to work in a global environment.
