Aufgaben
- Leadership & Strategic Orientation: Develop and encourage the team to perform root cause analysis and solve problems by creating a Problem-Solving Guide methodology for existing and new machines, supporting during process failures.
- Corrective Maintenance & Spare Parts Management: Lead the Corrective Maintenance activities of the productive and peripheral equipment and manage the consumption of spare parts.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity (e.g. fluid and spare part management).
- Knowledge Sharing: Foster the exchange of experiences and best practices within the organization worldwide and ensure the correct application of Lessons learned by other plants.
- Downtime Reduction: Take proactive measures to minimize maintenance-related downtime in production and facility equipment.
Profil
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 10 years experience in automotive industry with min. 5 years experience as a manager.
- Advanced knowledge in Statistical Process Analysis (Q-DAS, Minitab or similar).
- Certificate in Predictive Maintenance and a Green Belt Certification is beneficial
- Fluent English skills is a must
