Aufgaben

  • Coordinate and maintain financial reporting/ will provide the management with the appropriate financial and operating information
  • Coordinates and confers with the Management to establish our annual business plan and monthly forecasts to achieve the targets set forth by our organization
  • Oversees cost center budgeting as part of annual budget process
  • Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
  • Analyze of plan/forecast/actual deviations (e.g. volume, spending, sales, material cost variances, G&A, labor, NWC, Cash)
  • Support decision-making at all levels of the organization by providing information, analysis, and financial direction in areas of policy and planning
  • Manage Product Costing process; instruct and train others in process; supervise to ensure accurate completion; act as backup in absence of responsible persons
  • Ensure that all controlling activities are in accordance with Federal, State and Local and ThyssenKrupp guidelines
  • Support audit activities as required
  • Responsible for planning, coordination and financial reporting for capital investments and capitalized development, and depreciation

Profil

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in Accounting/Controlling
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in controlling
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
  • SAP knowledge is requiredA
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in team
  • Systematic approach
  • High quality, punctual work ethic
