Aufgaben

  • Data Management & Excel Modeling (40%): Build, update, and maintain robust spreadsheets to
    track operational KPIs. Clean, restructure, and validate large datasets to ensure complete data
    integrity.
  • Pivot Table & Data Analysis (30%): Utilize advanced Excel functions and dynamic pivot tables to
    slice, dice, and summarize business trends, performing routine and ad-hoc data analysis.
  • PowerPoint Reporting & Visualization (20%): Translate data findings into visually striking,
    executive-ready PowerPoint decks using charts, graphs, and clean infographics to convey
    complex stories simply.
  • Process & Operational Support (10%): Assist teams in standardizing reporting workflows,
    documenting business processes, and answering routine data inquiries from stakeholders.

Profil

  • Education: Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a business support, data analysis, or administrative analytics role (strong internships considered)
  • Expert Excel Skills: Deep mastery of formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements), data
    validation, conditional formatting, and advanced pivot tables/charts
  • PowerPoint Artistry: Strong capability in designing clean, professional, and highly structured
    presentation decks that communicate data trends effectively
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot anomalies or trends
    within massive datasets
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate across various business units and present data findings
    clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues

This is a part-time position, with the potential to transition to a full-time role in the future
