As part of our Global Operations & Digital Solutions team, you will help ensure our P&C products meet real business needs and enable data-driven decisions. Together, we connect expertise, drive transformation, and create the conditions for people and performance to thrive.
You will be responsible for:
- Support pilots and scale digital HR solutions globally
- Conduct user testing and feedback collection
- Maintain documentation and training materials
- Assist in rollout communication and onboarding for new tools
- Monitor usage and report issues
- Assist in documentation and compliance checks
- Collaborate with IT and data teams on architecture and integration
Profil
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Tech or Operations, preferably in a global or matrix environment
- User knowledge of any AI and automation tools
- Vendor management experience
- Experience with Change management, agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Knowledge of GDPR, EU AI Act and data architecture
- Understanding of HR systems and data
