Profil
- 4 - 6 years of experience in IT Support & IT Infrastructure services profession.
- To actively manage IT Service Desk and office IT infrastructure to ensure availability and continuity.
- In-depth knowledge of computer Hardware, Software, and Networks, Zscaler VPN, IT Security issues
- Must have worked with Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 0365, M365, Mcafee Antivirus, VPN, MS Access.
- IT Infrastructure system administration
- Perform IT infrastructure monitoring.
- Identify and resolve level 1 issues.
- Local AD Management, Backup Management, MS Teams Support,
- Having understanding of Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Responding to client IT support requests.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Experience of working with Ticketing Tool
- Must have experience for managing LAN, WAN, Wireless, Troubleshooting Network Issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Preferable Immediate Joiner or NP less than 1 Month
- Should be willing to be part of occasional preventive maintenance activities carried on Weekends (mostly Saturday) or on Office Holidays
- Work Location - Thane (Mumbai)
