Aufgaben
- Implementation of NOM 035.
- Support in the execution of actions derived from the pulse check.
- Support in the execution of actions derived from the round tables.
- Maintains up-to-date personnel files in general, as well as the information they must contain, ensuring compliance with Management Systems (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001), client requirements, and legal requirements.
- Ensures the application of exit interviews, timely follow-up on interviews regarding the causes of absenteeism, and application of disciplinary actions in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations.
- Collects turnover and absenteeism indicators so that the Human Resources Manager can develop the analysis and strategies in conjunction with the other departments to improve these indicators.
- Actively participates in projects launched locally and from corporate headquarters, managing information in a timely manner for proper implementation. Provides follow-up and support to operational staff regarding labor relations, discipline, compliance with regulations and procedures, etc., to improve the service and experience of employees at tk.
- Supports audits of Management Systems (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001), customer requirements, legal requirements, and related local and corporate processes, as well as internal and external audits in Human Resources.
- Supports and actively participates in recreational activities for staff.
- Actively participates in monitoring contract renewals and internal promotions.
Profil
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources (Automotive Industry preferred)
- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
- General knowledge of labor relations.
- Proficiency in Human Resources processes and tools.
