Aufgaben
- Leads a cross functional team BQEEI (Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, SCM and Industrialization) in charge of definition and application of the E/E system HW, as well as planning and configuration management.
- Technical support of the E/E Project Leaders working for the CPM’s from acquisition to EOL.
- Mechatronic system project coordination: Project planning, execution, and documentation according to the advanced and series development process for E/E topics.).
- Responsibility for internal and external suppliers in the sense of Powerpack and ECU development/implementation, technical responsibility (BQEEI team) for industrialization at the EMS supplier and processing/assembling the powerpack.
- Tracking technological trends, customer roadmaps and ensuring medium and long-term product strategy, as well as continuous monitoring and optimization of existing products and production processes.
Profil
- University engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering with E/E experience
- Experience with safety-relevant mechatronic systems
- At least 3 years of project management experience in the automotive industry
- Very good English skills (German is a plus).
- High social skills, resilience and flexibility
- Willingness for continuous development in technical and managerial areas
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
