Aufgaben
- Act as the primary ESG contact and trusted advisor for the Presta Dynamic Components (PD) Business Unit.
- Support PD leadership in implementing ESG strategy and achieving sustainability objectives.
- Drive alignment between PD, corporate functions and the central ESG organisation.
- Contribute to company-wide ESG initiatives, governance frameworks and transformation projects as part of the central ESG team.
- Coordinate ESG activities, performance tracking and reporting across PD functions and sites.
- Monitor ESG targets, KPIs and improvement measures, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Support customer ESG requirements, sustainability inquiries and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen ESG performance and drive continuous improvement across the Business Unit.
- Coordinate ESG governance processes, assessments and management reviews within PD.
- Increase transparency on ESG risks, opportunities and compliance topics across the Business Unit.
- Support sustainability reporting and other ESG disclosure requirements.
Profil
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Fluency in English is an absolute must; German is a strong asset.
- Project management skills including planning, coordination, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
- Data literacy including ESG-related KPIs, reporting tools, and validation processes.
- Excellent communication skills across functions and senior leadership.
- Matrix and cross-functional experience, ideally in industrial or automotive environments.
- Strong skills in process mapping and standardization.
- High level of assertiveness and ownership, with the ability to drive topics end-to-end
- Relevant certifications may boost credibility.
