Objetive:Identifies the organizational structure of the company and defines the structure of cost objects, participates in the definition of the accounting infrastructure, coordinates the creation of the annual budget and monthly estimates, establishes budget controls and analyzes and reports deviations from actual results. Key Activities1. Administration, involves overseeing the accounting operations of the business, defining the correct accounting infrastructure, such as policies, procedures and activity schedules.2. Requisition authorization, checking that the requisitioner has budget, releases the correct accounting, ensuring established procedures are followed.3. Feeding of master data cost centers and internal orders.4. Transactions: This involves ensuring the proper processing of all types of business transactions, which includes the purchasing cycle, accounts payable, through the use of a system, establishing controls to ensure that transactions are processed properly, as well as monitoring transaction records.5. Reports: Preparation of a variety of management reports that allow the correct monitoring of business transactions, those established internally or by corporate.6. Calculate variances between actual and budgeted results, and report the reasons for variances to management.7. Planning: This involves coordinating the creation of the annual budget and monthly estimates, research and reporting of any subsequent variances vs. actual result.8. Support in conducting periodic inventories.9. Evaluation of improvement projects, determining savings.10. Analysis of expenses by division according to Budget and forecast as part of month-end closing activities.11. Measure financial and operational performance of the business and report to management.
