Aufgaben
In this role, you will actively support the company’s planned spin-off and make a decisive contribution to its strategic and financial development.
- You will be responsible for preparing financial analyses, managing liquidity, and preparing reports as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- You will be responsible for managing cost structures, working capital, liquidity management, and risk management
- Together with the operational managers, you will be responsible for preparing business plans, budgets, forecasts, and medium-term plans
- You will support the planned spin-off of the company in Győr and play a key role in shaping the associated organizational and financial processes
- You will advise the Executive Board on all financial matters and support strategic decisions regarding the company’s sustainable development
- As a member of the Executive Board, you will report directly to the Group CEO
Profil
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on finance
- You have several years of professional experience as a manager in the areas of finance, controlling, or accounting, or have already gained experience as a CFO of a company, preferably in a manufacturing company, the metalworking industry, mechanical and plant engineering, or an industrial services environment
- You possess in-depth expertise in accounting in accordance with applicable accounting standards, have experience improving liquidity and financial results, and are confident in handling contractual matters in the B2B sector
- Your leadership qualities are characterized by cooperation, motivation, and assertiveness, while you always act with respect and serve as a role model
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, you interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels
- You possess a high degree of self-motivation and strong time management skills, combined with the ability to get things done and a pragmatic approach
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Hungarian rounds out your profile; knowledge of German is an added advantage
