Aufgaben
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans in alignment with company goals, strategy
- Identification of the stakeholders and the preliminary conditions of each change, as well as the assessment and analysis of the expected impacts
- Effective stakeholder management: manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts
- Identifying potential risks as a result of the impact of changes and their implementation. Develop and implement proposals to mitigate them
- Develop and manage communication of changes to all employees of the company, according to the extent of their involvement
- Supporting employee engagement and involvement in change processes
- Supporting leaders and managers at different levels in their role in the change
- Develop and execute training programs, information materials to support change initiatives
- Create forums for employee information and feedback. Process, interpret and channel feedback to the appropriate actors. Based on feedback from employees, propose changes to solve problems and support implementation
- Regular reporting on change management activities to managers
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Profil
- BSc or MSc degree in economics, management, organizational development, HR or equivalent education
- Work experience in automotive industry / IT field / management related field
- Fluency in English
- Strong competence in both Agile methodologies and traditional Project Management
- Knowledge and experience of change management methodologies, models (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model)
- Knowledge of digital transformation tools and techniques
- Advanced user level Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills
- Change Manager or equivalent experience an advantage
- Good people skills, empathy and ability to manage emotions
- Precise and timely execution of the requested tasks
- Team-worker ability
- Good communication and presentation skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Task ownership, creativity, strong proactivity, preciseness, multitasking skills
- Good analytical, systematic, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good adaptability to turbulent and complex environments
