Position Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced CDL A Shuttle Drivers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for drivers who value local routes, consistent schedules, and a supportive work environment. Location: Wentzville, MO
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Weekends as Needed
Shifts Available:
- Second Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Third Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours: Average 40-50 hours/week | Overtime Pay After 8 Hours/Day
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport automotive parts between warehouse and plant.
- Shuttle 4-6 trailers per shift to the plant and return with empty trailers.
- Operate on dedicated local routes (within a 50-mile radius).
- Occasional same-day travel to Indiana (no overnight trips).
- Perform drop & hook duties -no touch freight.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- 2+ years of verifiable CDL A driving experience
- Valid DOT-compliant Class A CDL and Medical Certification
- Stable work history
- Proficient in backing into docks safely
- Clean driving record -no cell phone or seat belt violations
- Team-oriented and flexible
- This position has been identified as "safety sensitive" by thyssenkrupp under applicable laws.
