Job Targets and Decision Making
1. support Plants in improvement projects
2. ensure efficient implementation of new products and processes on existing machines
3. support machine suppliers in order to ensure the start-up of new machines/modules according to Presta standards
4. develop Presta standards for CN market in communication with the global support team in Eschen
5. achieve customer satisfaction
6. objectives are solved self dependent and efficient
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities
- analyze processes with Q-Tools in order to solve problems or improve processes as third level support
- develop processes for new products
- prepare technical requirements for new processes for RFQ
- support suppliers by the implementation of these processes
- responsible for MSA and final acceptance of new or changed processes
- assist on machine set up or new machine installation
- ensure successful test run after improvements or new set ups
- responsible for final acceptances hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics
- prepare and train operators, maintanence staff for new or improved production equipment
- ensure suppliers deliver tools-fixtures-processes according to Presta requirements
