- 2D and 3D CAD design of prototype and serial tools for coil spring and stabilizer production
- Development of manufacturing concepts for tool related production steps including feasibility studies
- Derivation of internal and customer requirements to design test and quality equipment (gauges, test benches, etc.)
- Requirement determination for tool procurement, including systematic data storage and project tracking
- Consideration of standards and guidelines for product safety, OSH and cost-efficient design
- Support in optimization projects for tool-bound processes

- Completed study of mechanical engineer/industrial engineer/product designer or similar education steps
- 2-5 years of experience in 2D and 3D CAD software, e.g. SolidWorks, SolidEdge, CATIA
- Fundamental knowledge about material behavior, technical components and shaping production processes
- Profound handling of data storage systems, e.g. SAP, PLM
- Precise, accurate work behavior
- Ability to independently abstract broad spectrum of requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English, German knowledge is an advantage
