1. TPMTPMDevelop, implement, and optimize TPM plans for equipment. Formulate TPM management policies and related documents, and organize the implementation of relevant procedures.
2. TPMImplement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs for designated production equipment according to the key equipment list defined by management, and coordinate related modification or investment projects.
3. Introduce the concepts of lean production and preventive management.
4. TPMTPMCMPMKaizenManage TPM activities for key production lines and core equipment, including: TPM audits, corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) plans, continuous improvement (Kaizen) activity planning, critical spare parts procurement plans, performance tracking and reporting, etc.
5. VSMSSQDCActively participate in and coordinate VSM activities across production and other departments (SSQDC morning meetings, maintenance operation coordination, improvement plans, supplier work, etc.)
6. Promote the implementation of equipment repair, modification, or procurement projects according to needs and management decisions.
7. /HSESupervise the implementation of project/maintenance work within the company, ensuring that suppliers comply with all internal general specifications and HSE guidelines, and deliver project results that meet technical specifications on time (including the final acceptance process).
8. TPM, By continuously implementing TPM, the company can significantly reduce equipment breakdown rates, prevent potential problems, and thus improve overall production efficiency and equipment utilization.
