- BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Basic knowledge of the AUTOSAR standard
- Advanced knowledge of the C programming language
- Experience with operating systems used in embedded systems
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Trace32 - Lauterbach)
- Knowledge of configuration and version management tools (SVN, Git)
- Fluent English language skills
- Analytical thinking
- Team player attitude
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
