Job Targets and Decision Making - Repsonsible for shock absorber and components development.
- Responsible for design, validation and optimization of shock absorber and components.
- Support customer and supplier regarding all techncial questions.
- Support quality and process on continous improvement activities.
- Ensure the fulfillment of customer engineering specification and internal requirement.
- Ensure the development complies with cost, project and quality target. Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities - Product concept design in line with customer and internal requiremtn to support quotation.
- Conduct 2D/3D product design with fulfillment of customer and internal specification.
- Create product bill of material.
- Create and update product DFMEA.
- Documentation of the enginnering relevant to customer and internal procedure.
- Comunicate with centre R&D with product design, drawing, DVPR etc.
- Tracking of the status of DV or PV test which are running in customer and centre R&D.
- Comunicate with customer on the technical issues.
- Support supplier on development and localization of components.
- Support on the activities of quality improvement, cost reduction.
- Support the project manager for achieving the timing, technique, cost and quality targets.
- Support project manager on the prototype building.

Knowledge Education Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or similar Foreign Language Chinese, English, German Computer Skill Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project, AutoCAD) 2. Experience Auto or related experience Min 2 Years of Process Engineering or Automation Management experience N.A. Project leader experience N.A. Project member experience Project experience is required Intercultural experience At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company 3.
