- Definition of local MES Rollout plan in close alignment with MAS team;
- Enhancement of MES functionalities on all relevant production processes;
- Conduction of specific trainings for end-users;
- First point of contact for all MES questions raised by functions (logistics, quality, operations, MPP);
- Collection of additional local MES requirements and alignment with MAS team regarding possible
- implementation and rollout within MES standard;
- Analyzing performance data gathered by MES;
- Providing analytic support in case of appearing operational issues related to MES applications;
- Local lead for improvement activities related to MES;

- Good understanding of production processes and shop floor management;
- Good analytical capabilities;
- Experiences with production process relevant IT applications is an advantage (SAP, MES);
- Independent and team-conscious way of working;
- High level of commitment and motivation;
- Fluent English is a requirement for alignment with global MAS team;
