• Management of the development project portfolio of the operation unit (in terms of hardware and software)
• Representation of the operation unit in the competence center
• Resource and budget planning at portfolio level, project monitoring and reporting
• Responsible for implementing the entire project portfolio in compliance with internal regulations and processes, within defined goals, timing and budgets
• Setting project goals and milestones, and approval of the project plan
• Monitor project schedule, quality assurance, and costs
• Project tracking, risk management
• Professional and disciplinary management and professional development of project leaders
• Customer communication and contact in case of escalations

• BSc/MSc degree in engineering
• At least 15+ years of professional work experience
• At least 5 years of project and people management experience in automotive developments
• Proven leadership and management skills in large-scale projects
• Negotiation level knowledge of English
• Advanced communication and networking skills
• Structured thinking, process orientation
• Problem-solving, goal-oriented attitude
• Team-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel
