- Min. 3 years experience in similar field
- MSc/BSc in Industrial or Mechanical engineering
- Fluent in English language
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D report, Ishikawa, 5Whys)
- Strong technical drawing skills
- Substantive, precise work
