Aufgaben
- Tracking measures to fulfill requirements regarding information security and Cybersecurity of all stakeholders (customers, standards, legislators, shareholders...)
- Planning and coordinating strategic measures in the area of Cybersecurity within tk Steering Group (Cybersecurity Platform)
- Conducting risk assessments to identify, analyze, evaluate, and appropriately address Cybersecurity risks
- Coordination of activities to increase the security level in the area of information security, Cybersecurity, and Trade Secrets
- Coordination and execution of awareness measures in the area of information security and Cybersecurity
- Conducting and accompanying information security and Cybersecurity audits within tk Steering and with business partners
- Regular reporting to ISO Eschen, CISO BU Steering, and as needed to local units
- Regular coordination with and technical leadership of all Cybersecurity responsible persons in the Steering Group (Product CS, IT-Sec, OT-Sec, Production CS,...)
- Disciplinary leadership of local security functions
- Continuous updating of processes and metrics
Profil
- Certifications in the field of information security such as CISM, CISSP, or CISA preferred
- University degree (Uni/FH) in Security Management, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent
- At least 5-10 years practical experience in the areas of information security, Cybersecurity, and TISAX preferred
- Audience-appropriate and secure communication across hierarchical levels. (English required, German advantageous)
- Ability for audience-appropriate communication and presentation
- Technical affinity for modern security systems
- High assertiveness
- Strong and authentic leadership personality
- Analytical skills and risk-conscious methodology
- Professional, calm, and consistent approach
- Independent project handling/implementation
- Strong determination to achieve goals
